Retention

Private documents
Admissions documents use private storage and temporary authorised access. The platform is designed to keep uploaded documents inaccessible until required security validation is complete.
Analytics and device storage
Built-in visitor analytics is configured in memory mode, so its session identifier is not stored on the visitor's device. Essential authentication or security technologies may still be used where necessary to provide a requested service. Any future non-essential tracking must be assessed before activation.
